Scanning Capacitance Microscopy (SCM) is here!
Our Scanning Capacitance Microscopy accessory is now available. We're excited because this brings about many advancements over traditional SCM, including direct capacitance measurement, high resolution imaging, and fast scanning (images as quick as 10 seconds!).
